Matthew & Gunnar Nelson to Perform
at School Post-Fire Benefit in Collinsville
Concerts Make Dreams Come True for
Critically Ill Children
COLLINSVILLE, IL – OCTOBER 22, 2007
Matthew & Gunnar Nelson scheduled to headline the “Ricky Nelson Remembered
Tour” October 26 & 27 at the Collinsville High School Auditorium will
perform for the community Post-Fire Benefit including some very special
guests of fifty (50) critically ill children, all recipients of tickets
gifted to the St. Louis Dream Factory, non-profit organization committed
to making dreams come true for chronically ill children.

are the twin sons of Rock’n’Roll Legend Ricky Nelson, of rock group NELSON
whose pop/rock hits include “Love and Affection”, “After the Rain”, and
“More Than Ever” will perform two shows on Friday, October 26 and Saturday,
October 27 at the Collinsville High School Auditorium located at 2201 So.
Morrison in Collinsville, IL (near St. Louis). The shows are a post-fire
benefit for the Collinsville Christian Academy following the
5-alarm blaze which destroyed part of the school in July.
“Ricky Nelson Remembered” is a unique
tribute to their late father’s popular music including all his chart topping
famous hits such as Ricky Nelson’s “Travelin’ Man”, “Hello Mary Lou”, “Poor
Little Fool”, and “I’m Walking”.

community together through our Pop’s music,” says
Matthew Nelson, “And help with a
good cause for kids.”
The “Ricky Nelson Remembered Tour”
starring Matthew & Gunnar Nelson is scheduled for Friday, October 26
and Saturday, October 27 at the Collinsville High School Auditorium with
doors opening both nights at 7pm and shows nightly at 8pm featuring songs
